Nurturing Connection: A Celebration of Motherhood at Pendry Newport Beach

Motherhood is a journey filled with unique challenges and beautiful moments. To honor this profound experience, the Pendry Newport Beach is hosting a special event, “Mommy + Me Sculpt & Shine,” on August 11 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This event by OC Mom Walks not only highlights physical wellness through mat Pilates but also embraces holistic well-being through wellness pop-ups and spa activations, making it a perfect opportunity for moms and their little ones to come together in celebration.

A Weekend for Wellness and Connection

The event spans over three hours, focusing on both fitness and connection. Designed to cater to anyone navigating the realm of motherhood, the activities promise to fit every stage, whether you’re a new mom or a seasoned pro. The setting at the Garden Lawn provides a serene atmosphere where mothers can bond with their children and other moms in the community, fostering support and camaraderie.

Mat Pilates: Sculpting Together

Mat Pilates is a fantastic workout designed to strengthen your core and enhance flexibility. This particular activity encourages interaction between mothers and their children, making exercise a playful yet beneficial experience. The event promotes healthy habits from an early age and showcases how working out can be a fun family affair rather than a solitary task.

For moms, Pilates not only rejuvenates the body but also helps smooth the transition into post-pregnancy fitness. Instructors will lead participants through routines specifically tailored to be both engaging and effective, considering the varying levels of fitness among attendees.

Wellness Pop-Ups: Embrace Self-Care

In a world where mothers often prioritize the needs of their families over their own, this event emphasizes the importance of self-care. The wellness pop-ups provide an array of tools and resources for mothers seeking to rejuvenate their minds and bodies. From skincare to mindfulness workshops, each station offers valuable insights and products designed to enhance well-being.

Moms can take a break while their children engage in fun activities, allowing for a much-needed moment of self-reflection and relaxation. The space is curated to encourage both relaxation and inspiration, ensuring all attendees leave feeling renewed.

Spa Activations: Indulge in Relaxation

Every mom deserves a moment of pampering. The spa activations at “Mommy + Me Sculpt & Shine” feature mini treatments tailored to fit into a busy schedule. From soothing facials to relaxing massages, these activations provide a luxurious escape for mothers.

Not only do these treatments enhance physical appearance, but they also create a sense of inner peace. The event’s focus on spa wellness underscores the idea that every caregiver deserves care too. Mothers can make new friends while indulging in life’s little luxuries.

Building Community: Connect with Other Moms

Community is an essential aspect of motherhood that often gets overlooked. Events like “Mommy + Me Sculpt & Shine” create safe spaces for moms to share their experiences and exchanges tips. The social component allows mothers to connect and share stories, helping to alleviate feelings of isolation that can accompany parenting.

Participating in group activities promotes a sense of belonging, allowing women from diverse backgrounds to bond over common experiences. The event reinforces that it takes a village to raise a child, and through connection, moms can uplift each other during their journeys.

Reservations and Costs: Planning Your Day

To ensure a spot at this inspiring event, guests are encouraged to make reservations in advance. Entry starts at just $30 per guest, which opens the door to a myriad of experiences. This minimal investment promises not only a day of fun but also valuable resources and lasting memories for you and your little one.
